Mission
You will be part of the – IBA Industrial – Customer Success Team. As a Project Service Engineer, you will manage different type of projects (revamping plans, obsolescence plans & system updates, upgrades, etc.) for our existing IBA Industrial customers (the installed base). This position works with all levels of IBA Industrial teams (Sales team, Service Engineering Team, FSE Team, Software Team, Product Manager team, Third Parties) and other internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of your projects.
Challenges we trust you with
- Leading projects from project initiation, through execution, and until acceptance of the equipment on site in accordance with standard installation and deployment procedures.
- Leading the coordination with internal departments to ensure all contractual and agreed project requirements and deliverables are met.
- Planning and organizing internal and external resources (material and human) to manage the installation of the equipment up until acceptance.
- Ensuring your projects are delivered within quality, time, and budget constraints - to a satisfied customer (internal and external).
- Maintain good working relationships with customers and other stakeholders, managing expectations and effectively communicating project status.
- Be the main contact point for the project execution; seek customer satisfaction and ensure support to customers.
- Ensure clear and timely communication, with accurate reporting to all project stakeholders.
- Report and document global activities, improvement plans, and undertaken actions with the required levels of detail and accuracy.
- Track and maintain a budget for each project, keeping costs controlled while routinely updating and communicating financial projections.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team and management to identify, develop, and improve existing tools and processes.

Approximate Salary Range: Approx. $85,000 - $120,00
Variable Pay: Profit sharing, time-based compensation, “above & beyond” award, referral rewards
