Field Service Manager

Mission
Responsible for overseeing the work of field service engineers who install, repair, and maintain equipment and systems at customer sites.
Challenges we trust you with
- Leading and managing the service department, including workload, overtime, and labor resource planning.
- Provide an action plan for the team to execute the Business Unit projects and strategy.
- Build, develop and manage the team in line with organizational and departmental objectives, Quality and EHS standards.
- Hire, coach, manage and direct the field service engineering team.
- Provide professional career development guidance: equip direct reports with necessary means (training and coaching) to allow them to grow technically and professionally.
- Collaborating with technical leadership team to coordinate work, including assigning tasks, coordinating schedules, and deploying field service technicians and engineers on service projects.
- Collaborating with Training, QA, EHS, DS and People,HR Operations departments, and the technical leadership team, as well as direct reports, to ensure departmental compliance with required certifications and trainings.
What we value

- Minimum of 3 years in a Field Service Management role.
- A Bachelor’s degree in management, business, or a related field.

- Proficient in MS Office software programs, i.e., Excel, Word, Power Point, Teams.
Travel
Domestic and International travel; 10-20% travel to Headquarters in Belgium and to IBA customer and meetings.
Compensation and Benefits
The approximate annual base salary range for this position is provided below. Within this range, individual compensation is influenced by various factors such as location, job-specific skills, work experience, and relevant education or training. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses, profit sharing, commissions, and benefits.
Approximate Range
$98,400 – $130,100 USD
