In the heart of the Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital Proton Therapy center, your role holds immense importance. You will:


  • Contribute to the installation of IBA's state-of-the-art equipment and advanced technical tools at the Proton Therapy site, with a specific focus on the cyclotron subsystem equipment. This includes handling electrical and electronics cabinets, cooling systems, vacuum systems, high and low voltage equipment, and more.
  • Skillfully calibrate the cyclotron subsystem, meticulously following procedures to ensure precision.
  • Test and validate equipment against stringent specifications, guaranteeing compliance, quality, technical performance, and timely delivery that align with customer requirements.
  • Utilize data analysis skills to proactively identify and diagnose potential technical issues.
  • Perform both preventive and evolutive maintenance, ensuring seamless equipment functionality.
  • Masterfully troubleshoot electrical and mechanical challenges, swiftly restoring operational integrity.
  • Uphold the highest standards of cutting-edge technology and service excellence.
  • Operate the system, offering crucial technical support to the medical team during patient treatments and clinical operations.
  • Safeguard the fulfillment of client requirements, encompassing technical performance, timing, and safety.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, providing training and shared services to ensure smooth equipment maintenance and operations.
  • Undertake rotational shift work to conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment.
  • Collaborate with the R&D department to spearhead system upgrades and enhancements.
