Mission

 

You play a key role in our mission to treat cancer patients.

As a Service Engineer, you will work on advanced medical devices and proton therapy systems, supporting clinical operations and ensuring optimal performance of cutting-edge technology. 

Based on-site in Praha, you will be part of a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for maintenance, troubleshooting, upgrades, and continuous improvement of complex systems with a specific focus on electronic and electrical systems

Challenges we trust you with

 

As a service engineer, you are responsible for:

 

  • Maintaining and troubleshooting the equipment
  • Operating the system and providing technical support to the medical staff during patient treatment and clinical operations
  • Ensuring the client requirements are met in term of technical performance, timing and safety
  • Training customers
  • Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment (shift work)
  • Upgrading and improving the system in collaboration with the R&D (Research and Development) department

 

What we value

 

You have:

  • A Master degree in engineering (electronics or electric is an asset) or relevant experience. 
  • A first experience in electronics/electrical system troubleshooting, mechanical system design and repair, and operations of large systems, as well as experience with different tools like cooling systems, vacuum systems, PLC´s regulation loops Programmable Logic Controller), drivers, sensors, electric motors positioning equipment, high and low voltage equipment
  • The ability to troubleshoot large systems issues
  • Willing to work rotating shifts during the week, saturday (between 6:00 AM and 10:30 PM) and weekends (average one weekends per month, with time off during the week)
  • Knowledge of local EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) regulations

Compensation

“The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable) for this position is provided below:

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: 660.300 - 1.004.200 CZK

The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.”
