Mission
As Sales Manager India, you own the full commercial cycle (from prospect to close ) for IBA Dosimetry's portfolio of advanced radiotherapy and dosimetry solutions. You'll build trusted partnerships with hospitals, clinics, and research institutions while delivering on ambitious revenue and margin targets. This is a strategic, high-autonomy role for a consultative seller who thrives at the intersection of science and business.
Challenges we trust you with
What you'll own
- Hit revenue and margin targets across new and existing accounts in the Indian market
- Manage distributors, driving their performance and ensuring full alignment with IBA Dosimetry's commercial and compliance standards.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder negotiations up to C-suite level
- Build and manage a network of channel partners and agents
- Keep CRM accurate with pipeline activity, forecasts, and customer data
- Partner with marketing, product management, and operations to ensure seamless delivery
- Represent IBA Dosimetry at congresses, trade shows, and key industry events
- Monitor competitive landscape and feed market intelligence back to HQ
- Ensure pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting compliance
What we value
- Based in the Delhi NCR region, with strong familiarity with the local healthcare ecosystem
- Solid background in radiation therapy (whether clinical, technical, or commercial) giving you immediate credibility with oncology and medical physics stakeholders
- A proven closer in complex, high-value B2B sales ( ideally in medical devices, nuclear medicine, radiopharmacy, or cyclotron technology)
- Comfortable building relationships at all levels, from lab technicians to hospital CEOs
- Client-first mindset: you listen, qualify, and solve
- Resilient and solutions-oriented under pressure; able to manage competing priorities
- Proactive learner who stays ahead of clinical, regulatory, and technical developments
