Mission
As Site Technical Leader, you are responsible for supporting all technical aspects during the installation and customer service phase.
We offer an open-ended contract with a 6-month trial period.
Challenges we trust you with
As Site Technical Leader, you are responsible for:
- Coordinating and planning overall daily technical activities on site and managing the priorities
- Ensuring a high quality Customer Support
- Take lead on resolving technical issues that arise on site
- Managing logistics and material aspects and liaising with the subcontractors (supplies, storage, etc.) on technical aspects of their work
- Ensuring customer’s requirements are met in term of compliance, and technical performance
- Conducting CCBs, ensuring bugs are reported, collecting and distributing REX
- Ensuring a timely and strong communication with the Site Manager
- Promoting a high performance culture and motivating the team
- Develop strong professional communication lines with the customer
What we value
You have:
- A Master degree in engineering (Electronics, Electro-mechanics, Mechanics or Physics)
- A previous experience in an industrial environment
- A broad technical knowledge and you understand how to manage tasks in a planning and also according to the technology
- At least an experience as team leader or people manager of 5 years (required)
- A proven experience in the installation and commissioning of Proton Therapy or big Radiation Therapy centers, knowledge of Medical Devices Installation processes is a strong asset
- A good understanding of Total Quality Management, including non-quality topics, ergonomic, 5S, RootCause Analysis
- Italian as a nearly fluent language in order to communicate with the local team and with our customer
- Good oral and written communication skills in English
