PT Site Manager

Mission

The Site Manager is responsible for leading the engineering team, the operations and maintenance of the customers’ IBA Proton Therapy system. The Site Managers have complete ownership over IBA’s operations within the customer’s center and ensure industry leading operational commitment of the Proton Therapy Center for our customers and their patients.

Challenges we trust you with

• Set performance targets, prepare and execute business and maintenance plans, and work side by side with the customer to ensure a safe and positive treatment experience for the patients undergoing treatment at the center.
• Responsible for interviewing, hiring, developing, and managing the performance of their teams.
• Deliver on-site services including system operations, installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Manage the performance of the site including monitoring system performance increasing productivity, delivering high quality customer service, and effectively managing cost.
• Monitor KPI’s and lead to maintain high levels of quality while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Prioritize their time to determine how they can best support our customers and colleagues. • Coordinate EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) processes and assessments to ensure a safe working environment.

What we value

You have:

• Bachelor’s degree, in a technical discipline or vocational/military training.
• Previous experience leading technical Service and Operations teams, preferably in a high-availability critical environment.
• Experience managing teams of 5-10 people for at least 7-10+ years.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, ability to develop deep and trusting relationships both internally and externally.
• Passion to make the safety of your team, customer, and patients your top priority.
• Knowledge of maintenance planning within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Customer focused mindset aimed at continuously improving customer satisfaction.
• Experience with financial/budget management, scheduling, and resource management.
• Ability to develop a plan, delegate tasks and motivate team members to meet objectives.
• Strong leadership and desire to mentor, coach and develop team members.
• Ability to communicate effectively and establish credibility with technical and non-technical stakeholders including executive staff.

Compensation and Benefits

The approximate annual base salary range for this position is provided below. Within this range, individual compensation is influenced by various factors such as location, job-specific skills, work experience, and relevant education or training. This role may also qualify for discretionary bonuses, profit sharing, commissions, and benefits.

$100,300 – 132,700 USD
