People Business Partner (Industrial and RadioPharma Solutions)

We envision a bright future for IBA and we are enlarging our People Business Partner team to support our teammates within the different business units

Mission:

As a People Business Partner, you’ll be a driving force behind our organizational success. Your mission is to create a collaborative and engaged work environment for our Global teams within the "RPS (RadioPharma Solutions)" and "Industrial Solutions"  business unit. You are the primary contact for managers, coordinating HR processes and supporting leadership to achieve efficiency and high employee engagement.

• Experience: Ideally, you have experience in a similar function, especially in an international and multicultural environment. (minimum 5 years of experience, with at least 300-400 employees located worldwide)
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, building strong relationships across borders and cultures. Take initiative and organize your work autonomously.
• Business Acumen: Align HR practices with business needs. Drive Talent and career management. Analyze organizational effectiveness and suggest enhancements.
• People: Champion well-being and development. Be a trusted advisor to managers and employees, handling inquiries, conflicts, and performance issues.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage HR analytics to inform decision-making.
• Change Management: Design organization solutions and navigate organizational changes smoothly, minimizing disruption.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills in French and English; proficiency in other languages is an asset.

An experience in project management will be an asset.
