Warehousing Operations Manager

Mission

Within the Engineering & Supply Chain department, the Warehousing Operations Manager is responsible to propose, implement, and monitor the strategic evolution of warehouse operations at 3rd party logistics.

The Warehousing Operations Manager is responsible for leading warehouse operations and managing the extarnal warehouse team at IBA and 3PL to ensure operational excellence.

He/She ensures accurate inventory availability to continuously supply operations with materials and parts, in full compliance with GMP requirements, radioactive regulations, quality standards, safety rules, regulatory constraints, timing, and cost objectives.

Strategy & Governance

• Define and execute the external warehouse operations strategy, objectives, and budget in alignment with the Business Unit’s 5-year strategic plan.
• Formalize, validate, communicate and ensure follow-up of strategy and action plans with the team.

Operations & Team Management

• Lead and manage warehouse operations activities (planning, resource allocation, prioritization, cargo planner and loading).
• Empower and develop warehouse coordinators to ensure effective operational team coordination.
• Define and manage the team training plan to ensure business continuity and service excellence.
• Ensure external warehouse activities are executed in line with defined strategy and performance expectations.
• Manage collective and individual performance, take corrective actions, and make decisions based on results.

Process Improvement & Performance

• Improve processes and policies related to warehouse operations activities.
• Contribute to the definition and enhancement of cross-functional processes and coordinate with related departments.
• Define, monitor, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Analyze KPIs and develop action plans to drive performance and support the warehouse strategic roadmap.

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships and performance tracking with logistics suppliers (3PL providers, packing partners).
• Organize and lead recurring business reviews with stakeholders and partners.

What we value

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations / Supply Chain / Logistics Management,
• Knowledge of inventory management, warehouse flows optimization, and logistics processes
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
