Mission

 

The Transportation Administrator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring transportation activities. This role involves ensuring that the right products are delivered to the right location on time, in the most cost-effective manner, while adhering to quality standards. The Transportation Administrator will collaborate with various departments, including but not limited to Purchasing, Customer Project Coordination, Customs & Trade, and Project Industrialization.

  • Plan, organize, and adjust transport schedules based on priorities and emergencies.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to optimize delivery performance.
  • Validate and process logistics invoices; handle claims and complaints with all parties involved.
  • Track key transport KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with suppliers and support internal logistics planning.
  • Act as a backup for warehouse coordination and assist the Logistics Manager.
