Training Manager

Mission
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Training Manager to lead our technical training department. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a new training strategy to meet the challenges faced by the department, including rapid growth, changing paradigms, and migration to a new LMS. This is a high-visibility role with a significant impact on the success of our company.
Challenges we trust you with
- Develop and implement a new training strategy to meet the needs of our rapidly growing company
- Lead a team of approximately 20 technical trainers, administrative profiles, and managers
- Develop training materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and training manuals
- Deliver training programs to employees, both in-person and virtually
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve their impact
- Ensure compliance with regulations and standards related to training
- Collaborate with other departments and subject matter experts to ensure training programs are up-to-date and relevant to employees' roles
- Manage the training budget and ensure that training is cost-effective and of high quality
- Define and implement policies and procedures for training
- Manage the migration to a new LMS, including reviewing training processes and data, and ensuring integration with other systems
What we value
You have:
- At least 7 years of experience in building and implementing a training program in an international company delivering medical devices or equivalent product
- Proven experience in change management and driving the implementation of a new training strategy
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to navigate in a matrix organization
- Strong analytical skills to identify training needs, evaluate training effectiveness, and develop data-driven training solutions
- Digital skills
