Test Engineer

Mission

Within the Clinical R&D Department, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to the release phase, you play a key role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our products before they are delivered.

You will work on complex systems and help transform finalized developments into reliable, validated solutions ready for deployment.

Challenges we trust you with

• Define, review, and execute test plans covering product functionalities
• Ensure completeness of testing and proper coverage of requirements
• Write and improve test procedures (lab or on-site)
• Set up and validate test environments and equipment
• Execute tests, analyze results, and document issues (clear reporting, bug tracking)
• Verify that each release matches the expected scope (no loss of functionality)
• Collaborate with Release Managers, Test Experts, and R&D teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices

Nice to have

• Experience in testing, validation, or commissioning
• Field experience (e.g., site or flying engineer)

In practice

• International and multidisciplinary environment
• Up to 6 releases per year, with activity peaks depending on cycles
• Travel: 20–30% on average (mainly Europe, occasionally worldwide)
• Growing team (~12 people) with strong expertise
