Technical Training Coordinator

Mission

As Technical Training Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Operations Development Leader and Field Service Managers to enhance and optimize the training offerings for Field Service Engineers for the RadioPharma Solutions Business Unit.

Challenges we trust you with

Training Coordination & Delivery:

o Supervise and coordinate training programs for Field Service Engineers.

o Define needs and content for training plan content in collaboration with FSE Managers, R&d stakeholders and subject matter experts.

o Identify qualified trainers or conduct training sessions personally if the content is mastered.

o Define and organize tailored training programs for individuals or groups.

o Define and implement client training pack for IBA Academy, and on-site trainings.

Continuous Improvement and new development:

o Collect feedback from stakeholders to identify training needs, gaps and improvement opportunities.

o Develop and improve technical training modules based on relevance and effectiveness.

o Focus on the continuous development of skills for FSEs

o Coordinate with a technical writer to develop and deliver comprehensive training materials.

What we value

o A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

o Fluency in English (priority) and French.

o Technical background (mechanical or software or electronics, etc.) and willingness to understand IBA processes and technologies

o Ability to work effectively in a transversal role.

o Good interpersonal skills

o Able to adapt and communicate effectively with individuals from diverse professional fields

o Strong pedagogical skills to effectively transmit knowledge.

o Ability to design and deliver training independently or with support from designated experts.

o Curious and structured approach to designing and delivering training.

o Ability to comprehend and synthesize complex concepts.
