Technical Trainer

Mission

IBA Training Team mission consists in:

• Providing training to achieve & maintain the competencies necessary to her.his job,
• Ensuring and facilitating the good follow-up of those trainings up to the associated certification,
• Determining with the business the necessary competencies for performing work affecting product quality,
• Evaluating the effectiveness of the training.

 
All this and in collaboration with HR, to participate to employee engagement within IBA.

Challenges we trust you with

As Technical Trainer, you will be part of that IBA Training Team who is developing technical trainings for Medical Accelerators Solutions employees on subjects ranging from existing products to new technologies.

In that team you will focus on Industrial Technology and participate to the development/exploitation of the InduxCenter (lab designed for training and R&D purposes) to train both IBA internals and customers. You will closely work with other Industrial dedicated Trainers and Industrial Team.
One of your main task will be to deliver trainings. You might also develop technical training in line with the training plans requirements.
You will collaborate and motivate IBA experts to create useful content (papers, hands-on, etc.) and support them (directly or organize it with colleagues) to facilitate their work.

What we value

You have:

• A Master degree or a PHD in Electronics and proven technical skills (physics, electricity, electronic,…);
• Experience in technical training researching, designing, developing, delivering and evaluating as an asset;
• Experience in electronic / RF / Software as a real plus;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A born instructor eager to learn;
• Enjoying sharing your knowledge;
• A customer oriented team player with very good interpersonal skills and hands-on;
• Efficient in communication software (e-learning); or are able to organize your work autonomously and to take initiative and responsibilities.
