Mission
Within the Radiopharma Solutions division, you will play a key role in coordinating the evolution of strategic products throughout their lifecycle.
 
Acting at the crossroads of Product Management, R&D, Industrialization, Regulatory Affairs (RA), Quality Assurance (QA) and Manufacturing teams, you will ensure that product changes, requirements and technical evolutions are properly assessed, documented, prioritized and implemented.
 
You will act as a central coordinator for product evolution initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs, technical constraints, regulatory requirements and operational realities.
 
Through your structured approach and project follow-up capabilities, you will contribute to maintaining the performance, compliance and competitiveness of our product portfolio.

Challenges we trust you with

  • Coordinate the evolution of several Radiopharma products throughout their lifecycle, from market needs to implementation.
  • Lead and facilitate Change Management activities, including Change Control Board discussions and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure effective collaboration between Product Management, Engineering, Industrialization, QA and RA teams.
  • Drive product evolution, upgrade and obsolescence initiatives while balancing technical, business and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure requirements are properly captured, structured and maintained within Polarion, guaranteeing full traceability throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Monitor and coordinate activities through tools such as JIRA, SAP and Polarion, ensuring actions are completed on time.
  • Facilitate discussions between technical experts and stakeholders, challenging assumptions and helping teams reach pragmatic decisions.
  • Provide visibility on project progress, product evolution status and key deliverables.
  • Support roadmap implementation and ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution.

What we value


You have :

  • Master's degree in Engineering (Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination, product lifecycle management, product management support or technical project environments.
  • Experience following multidisciplinary technical projects involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of change management, product evolution processes or configuration management.
  • Experience with requirements management and traceability processes.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, SAP, Polarion or similar systems is a strong asset.
  • Ability to understand technical discussions and challenge stakeholders when required.
  • Strong project follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English. French is a strong asset.
  • Willing to work on-site in Louvain-la-Neuve at least twice per week.

Compensation package

 

The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable, and car budget in specific locations) for this position is provided below:

 

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: 62900 - 95500 €

 

The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
