Position Overview

As a key member of the People Department within a global company, the Talent Management role will design, implement, and advance talent strategies that support our diverse, international workforce.

You will work in close partnership with regional and cross-functional teams to ensure our talent initiatives not only align with global business objectives but also reflect local contexts and cultural nuances.

This role requires a forward-thinking professional with an agile mindset who can navigate complexity, drive change, and cultivate leadership and growth capabilities across a high-tech environment.

Challenges we trust you with

  • Talent Solutions design and implementation:
    • Scalable talent solutions aligned with business goals and future workforce needs with effective implementation in the field.
    • Leadership development needs for emerging and senior leaders to build organizational capability.
  • Succession Planning:
    • Establish robust succession planning processes and tools to ensure leadership and critical role continuity.
  • Performance Management:
    • Overhaul or refine performance management processes to drive high performance, engagement, and development.
  • Career Pathing & Internal Mobility:
    • Build and support clear career frameworks, development plans, and internal talent movement programs.
  • Advisory:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on talent strategy
  • DEI Integration:
    • Partner with DEI leaders to embed inclusive practices into all talent development efforts.
  • Metrics & Insights:
    • Define and track talent KPIs and provide insights to guide strategy and leadership decisions.

What we value

  • 10+ years of progressive HR/talent management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience developing and scaling talent strategies in a high-growth tech or innovation-driven environment.
  • Expertise in leadership development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Experience scaling Talent Management and L&D functions and creating a learning culture at a company.
  • Strategic partner: strong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into talent strategies.
  • Ability to influence across functions, geographies and levels by working with various stakeholders and teams.
  • Problem-solving skills, data oriented and knowledge about next generation talent tools.
  • Ability to effectively drive change and communicate strategies to various audiences for new programs and changes at all levels of the organization.
