We are looking for a System Expert to play a key role in the development of complex electronic systems across multiple projects.

Challenges we trust you with

• Translate system requirements into electronics specifications and architectures
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (systems, mechanics, software, quality, manufacturing)
• Provide technical leadership across electronics, firmware, and embedded software domains
• Design, develop, verify, and maintain electronics solutions for medical and industrial systems
• Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards
• Drive progress in coordination with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Support validation, integration, and testing activities (unit testing, EMC, lab validation)
• Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

What we value

• Master’s degree in Electronics, Software, Communications Engineering, or equivalent
• 10–15 years of experience in electronics development, embedded systems, or firmware
• Strong expertise in at least one domain (electronics, FPGA, embedded software) with broad system understanding
• Experience with SoC architectures (AMD Xilinx, Intel Altera), FPGA, DSP, ARM
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Altium, Vivado, Quartus, Git, Polarion, Teamcenter
• Proven experience in high-speed PCB design, simulations, and EMC compliance
• Knowledge of functional safety standards (IEC62304, ISO26262, DO-178/254) is a plus
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills
• Fluent in English (French is a plus)
