System Engineer for Research and Development

Mission

 

As RPS System Engineer in R&D, you will drive and challenge subsystem development, support the Project Manager during development phases, and ensure alignment with project and customer requirements while coordinating with all stakeholders.
You will also act as the technical referent and expert owner for your system/subsystem.

Challenges we trust you with

 

You will: 

  • Lead, summarize, challenge, and arbitrate technical meeting together with technical experts and project manager
  • Lead development team on dedicated discipline together with the project manager
  • Analyze, calculate, and evaluate the feasibility of the hardware solution according to specifications (technical,quality, etc.)
  • Design and test the selected solution for a new product/process or to optimize an existing product/process
  • Transfer engineering documentation necessary for the manufacture of products, up to assembly or subcontracting and process of development
  • Document the hardware implementation
  • Apply hardware development methodologies, frameworks, processes, and standards
  • Provide support to internal and external customers
