Supplier Development Engineer

Mission
As operational supplier engineer, you ensure the supply chain flow of a purchased parts on daily basis. When a notification is raised on a purchased part, you ensure the definition of the correct action and the follow-up of this action. Based on KPI, you define continuous improvement project linked to the supply chain flow internally from incoming of part to the use of this part in production.
Challenges we trust you with
• Interact with QC for part in standby and take action.
• Interact with manufacturing to define an action plan for part with a non -conformity
• Support reverse logistic for technical aspect.
• Drive of purchased part quality notification internally, define the correction.
• Drive by KPI, the MSC part flow and provide REX to supplier development engineer ( for corrective and preventive actions)
• Commercial parts quality management
• Drive continuous improvement project on the supply chain flow.
What we value
You have:
• A Master’s Degree in engineering in physics, electromechanics, mechanics or an equivalent by experience.
• 5 years of experience in project management, quality and/or development role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
And you also are:
• Fascinated by new technologies and eager to update your knowledge.
• Rigorous and detail-oriented;pragmatic
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to find and propose creative solutions.
• An assertive person with very good interpersonal skills.
• Good team spirit ;
• Very good oral and written communication skills, both in English and French;
