Strategic Supply Chain Program Manager

Mission

IBA is looking for a Strategic Supply Chain Program Manager to lead the transformation of its supply chain in line with ambitious industrial growth objectives. You will define and drive high-impact strategic programs — bridging long-term vision with operational execution in a complex, high-tech industrial environment.
This position sits at the heart of IBA's operations, with a broad scope and high visibility across the organization — ideal for someone who wants to shape an entire Supply Chain function and grow with it.

Challenges we trust you with

Strategic Program Leadership

•    Define the overall strategy for the Supply Chain function, including Planning, Manufacturing, Purchasing & Procurement, Logistics, Quality Control & Operational Excellence
•    Design future-state Supply Chain models aligned with IBA's business expansion (new geographies, capacity scaling…)
•    Lead end-to-end strategic initiatives: supplier ecosystem redesign, production localization, new manufacturing facility projects
•    Build comprehensive business cases: supplier identification, investment budgets, ROI models, and implementation roadmaps

Cross-Functional Orchestration

•    Orchestrate Supply Chain strategy definition and implementation with Supply Chain departments
•    Interact with and align IBA senior leadership on proposed strategy 
•    Align IBA stakeholders across Business Units, functions and geographies on program priorities and progress
•    Represent the Supply Chain function in key business decisions
•    Coach Supply Chain managers and teams to develop their strategic thinking

•    Proven experience managing an Operations / Supply Chain department or team in an industrial environment (procurement, planning, manufacturing, logistics, or end-to-end supply chain)
•    Demonstrated track record leading strategic Supply Chain programs — from business case to implementation
•    Engineering or Supply Chain background with strong operational grounding
•    Comfortable owning both a strategic agenda and a team's development simultaneously
•    PM expertise on complex, cross-functional, multi-year programs
•    International exposure and global stakeholder management

•    Autonomous and structured — you turn ambiguity into concrete action plans
•    Fluent in English; French is a plus

The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable) for this position is provided below: 

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: 95500 - 145300 € 

The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
