Challenges we trust you with

  • Develop new growth models: Identify and shape partnerships and ventures that create value beyond individual equipment or service sales.
  • Build Academic Medical Center ecosystems: Engage leading Academic Medical Centers, health systems and other major actors, initially in the United States and progressively worldwide, around their development as integrated radiopharmaceutical hubs. Define where IBA can contribute through technology, infrastructure, services, partnerships or investment.
  • Explore sustainable CDMO ventures: Assess opportunities to develop contract development and manufacturing models with Academic Medical Centers and other major actors. Build the business case, define the value proposition and economics, and design a practical operating model covering roles, capabilities, governance, investment, risk sharing and the path to scale.
  • Structure strategic partnerships: Define the rationale, scope, value creation model, governance and roadmap for selected partnerships and ventures.
  • Assess inorganic opportunities: Evaluate acquisitions, investments, joint ventures and alliances that could strengthen RPS capabilities and strategic position.
  • Build decision-ready cases: Translate opportunities into clear strategic and financial assessments, including market potential, customer value, investment needs, risks, implementation requirements and expected value creation.
  • Align stakeholders and deliver: Coordinate internal functions and external partners, monitor commitments and risks, and support implementation or transition into the relevant business teams.

What we value

  • Experience: 7 to 12 years in strategy consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, business development, venture development, M&A or a comparable role.
  • Industry background: Experience in healthcare, life sciences, MedTech, radiopharma, nuclear medicine or another technology-intensive industry is a strong advantage.
  • Education: Master’s degree required. MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
  • Strategic and commercial judgment: Ability to assess markets, business models, partnerships, investments and risks, and turn ambiguous opportunities into actionable recommendations.
  • Executive engagement: Ability to build trusted relationships and align senior internal and external stakeholders in an international environment.

  • Executable models: Partnerships and ventures supported by realistic economics, governance and implementation plans.
  • Sustainable impact: Initiatives that expand RPS capabilities, strengthen its ecosystem position and create long-term strategic and commercial value.
