As A Service Delivery Support Administrator, you play a key role within our Industrial Business Unit. You ensure smooth delivery of services by handling the scheduling and the administrative tasks related to Field Service Engineers’ interventions to the customers sites worldwide.

As Service Delivery Support Administrator, your daily tasks and responsibilities include:


Versatile administrative support to the Industrial team 

  • Field Service Engineer's team schedule
  • IBA Indux center's Schedule
  • Organization/ schedule with trainers’ team for training of FSE
  • Management of Field Service Engineers KPI metrics (dosimetry, travel time, time sheets analysis, overtime, hotline, applied time….)
  • Ensure Administrative support for the Field Service Manager (managing calendar, meeting,organizing meeting,...)
  • Follow up of training plan for Field Service Engineers
  • Follow up of rules to travel, visa, work permit, sanitary situation , 
  • Follow up for all Industrialization Business Unit of overtime payable via HR in SAP
  • Order for internal supplies for meeting 
  • Ensure Timesheets follow up


Support to Project management & support to Innovation & Development

  • Direct interaction with project managers for installation of new projects (regular meeting, planning , Shared  tools planification)
  • Organization of lunch meeting, Organization of offsite meeting and overall support


Organisation of Field Service Engineers training logistics

  • Planning, Travel, hotel, taxi , access badge, car rental…


Events organization as "Customer week" or "Welcome Week"

  • Invitation, Breakfast, lunch, planning organization in terms of resources.


Tools management

  • Tracking for calibration and tools to be in good condition for Industrial Business Unit, including
  • Personal tools, loan & shared tools withing IBA LLN and regions
  • Ordering tools for FSE (tools Box, consumables stock, shared tools) + order follow-up
  • Management of working clothes


Participate to the Onboarding of newcomers 

What we value


You have:

  • A Bachelor or Master degree
  • A first experience in a versatile administrative or support experience where you demonstrated strong abilities in terms of planning and organization, administrative support
  • A strong knowledge and practice of Microsoft Office tools
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
