Mission

Within the ProtonTherapy Service Logistics team, the Service Parts Logistics Administrator oversees the processing, the coordination and the delivery of customer orders for the Proton Therapy centers worldwide in Service phase, to ensure a near perfect day to day customer experience. 

 Accountable for the preparation of the yearly stock count process of the PT sites assigned to 

 Oversee maintaining the stock levels of spare parts and is responsible to ensure than the stocks in our ERP as well as in our user interface, reflect the reality of the physical stocks. 

Challenges we trust you with

  • Manage spare parts orders and return requests from customer sites worldwide.
  • Coordinate orders from booking through delivery, ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and on-time execution.
  • Monitor and optimize consignment stock levels while ensuring data accuracy between physical inventory and ERP systems.
  • Support annual inventory counts and participate in stock management improvement initiatives.
  • Handle logistics incidents, customer inquiries, and operational issues with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
  • Coordinate urgent deliveries in critical situations to minimize customer downtime.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Planning, Warehouse, Transport, Inventory, Customs) and external logistics partners (3PL providers and forwarders).
  • Manage reverse logistics activities for defective parts and refurbishment processes.
  • Support international import/export operations, including preparation of shipping documentation and customs-related activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects and the deployment of new consignment stock locations.

  • Fluency in English and French.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook).

Bonus points for experience with SAP, Salesforce, customs processes, or 3PL logistics partners.

Compensation package

 

The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable, and car budget in specific locations) for this position is provided below:

 

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: 47500 – 62900

 

The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
