Sales Support and Tender Expert

Mission
As a Sales Support and Tender Expert, you will provide technical support to the sales department, with support of all involved stakeholders.
It will include technical support on standard products, budgetary quotes and reply to tenders, including among others project schedule, budget, acceptance tests, information on non-standard products, internal and external training and including also third parties contribution.
Challenges we trust you with
- Tender Support
Prepares technical and commercial answers to tenders, coordinate actions with Sales Team to provide tender submission in full.
- Support Sales Managers activities
Sales force is supported in all pre-sales activities & Info for presentations, preparation and issue of budgetary quotes is provisioned;
Required educational material to help sales to go through the next steps of sales cycle is prepared and issued
Provide strong technical support on standard products in pre-sales and sales activities
- Lead the development of commercial offers (Budgetary Quote, Upgrades, Tender, Term Sheet)
Kick-off meetings are organized, technical appendices are prepared, non-standard requests are analyzed and proposals are submitted to the Quotation Board,
Upgrade offers and Contract Reviews are presented.
- Select and integrate third parties equipment in collaboration with all stake holders.
New third parties products is suggested and defined in collaboration with R&D/Product Management Departments.
- Contribute to pricing of IBA equipment, services and upgrades, including third parties equipment
Proposal costing is prepared based on configuration tools and level of gross margin is submitted to Sales Management in view of defining proposals final prices. (Includes suppliers’ costs and agreed upon margin)Service agreements proposals are prepared to cover IBA scope and the supplier’s scope before being integrated within the IBA global offering.
- Develop and keep up-to-date the internal and external IBA Training Offer
Documents for trainings to offer to customers are made available.
- Ensure up to date clinical and/or technical knowledge of the IBA products/services and market
Knowledge of IBA technical specifications and preparation of answers to RFP is ensured & Communication with customers/prospects is ensured during replies to tenders and/or oral presentations
What we value
You have:
• A Master degree in chemistry/electro-mechanical engineer
• Experience in a similar sector is required (radio-chemistry, hospital, nuclear medicine)
• Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience
• Demonstrated communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to manage various tasks in parallel and resistant to pressure
• Fluent written & spoken English and French
