Sales Support Associate
Louvain-la-Neuve, BE
Mission
In the Business Unit Industrial, as part of the Pre-Sales & Contract Support Team (4 people), you will provide logistical and material support to the Sales Team (9 people) scattered around the world from Canada over Spain to Belgium, Russia, Malaysia and China.
You work close with the Sales Managers for some dedicated regions and new customers.
Challenges we trust you with
- You will define the pricing and costing tool and process
- You will support the sales force in all pre-sales activities
- You will interact with internal departments to obtain relevant information on time
- You will prepare inputs for replies to tenders and ensure its quality and impactfulness
- You will prepare the quotation board and ensure that decisions are applied in the sales process;
- You will ensure submissions of answers on time, replies are correct, up to date
- You will communicate with customers/prospects during replies to tenders and/or oral presentations
- You will be in charge of the continuous improvement of our CRM
- You will manage all the sales data and visualization and will help the management to take analytics based decision
- You will be a key actor in the sales strategy definition and the offer construction
- You will inject return of experience in all our internal processes and help the sales and marketing team to be more efficient and impactful
- You will help and support the global sales team in maintaining an up-to-date CRM
What we value
You have:
- A Master degree (Commercial Engineer, Economics, International trade, Management, Sales,...)
- Minimum 5-7 years experience in a position as sales support. Knowledge in finance or contract or technical product or logistics is an asset.
- Excellent communication skills in English both oral and written. French is an asset
- Excellent mastering of Office Package (Excel, Powerpoint in particular)
- Power BI and Salesforce.com experience is an advantage
