Sales Contract Administrator

Key responsibilities

 

  • Prepare all financial and contractual elements
  • Follow up commercial terms & conditions, prepare sales contracts (usual contracts or drafts) with the Legaldepartment and elaborate contracts review document for the contract review meeting
  • Organize the Quotation Board and be sure that all departments are involved and give their input
  • Mitigate contractual risks with other departments: Manufacturing Supply Chain, Finance, quality, EHS
  • Prepare all payment documents to be submitted to the customers, in coordination with Project managers
  • Full coordination of invoicing and related payment
  • Ensure a correct update of information in database and summary reports
  • Reporting and KPI
  • Provide daily support to the team when required

Skills and Qualifications

 

You have 

  • Master’s degree in business administration, documentation or equivalent by experience
  • Experience in complex contract management and legal awareness of business administration (minimum 2-3 years)
  • Excellent mastering of Office Package
  • ERP, Power BI, Jira and Salesforce experience is an asset (other similar tools are accepted)
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and display data is an asset
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
