Sales Associate

Mission
As a Sales Associate, you will be part of the Radio Pharma Solutions business unit.
That passionate team is in charge of the sales management process for services, maintenance and upgrade requests from our customers.
You will support sales managers activities, and general mission: provide support to the IBA Service Sales Department with specific emphasis on contracts management, client collection and/or tender activities.
Challenges we trust you with
- You will manage customers contracts for private and public customers
- You will work in close collaboration with the Sales Manager-Services for Tender's dossier preparation; and the follow-up of the Big Accounts
- You will take the right actions to meet tenders deadlines, and monitor expiry of contracts
- You will work closely with operations marketing and internal departments to ensure product /service availability, delivery on time
- You will prepare quotes and organize their validation
- You will coordinate with Sales, Customer Sucess operation & Offering Development Group (ODG) to ensure service pricing (customer request reviews, ...)
- You will update database to centralize customer information : tracking satisfaction level, activities and customer information in CRM data base, ensure accurate and timely reporting
- You will set up templates and standard documentation for the sales team, in order to harmonize and improve the processes
What we value

- You have a relevant experience as a Sales Associate with customers contracts and tenders
- You have a strong ability to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders
- A fluent knowledge of French and English

- Client oriented, ensuring efficient sales processes and professional contacts
- Hands-on, proactive, driven and self-starter to go and pick-up the right information
- Able to take the lead and relevant initiatives in your scope of action
- Accurate and rigorous, able to plan organize your work autonomously

- Flexible for a part-time, 4/5 or full time position
