Join PT Digital and support the growth of our global ServiceMax ecosystem.

ServiceMax is a critical digital platform supporting installation, service, and maintenance operations for over 950 users worldwide. As this user community continues to grow and evolve, PT Digital is strengthening its team to ensure the reliability, adoption, and continuous improvement of the ServiceMax ecosystem.  

Positioned at the intersection of operations, digital development, and projects, the Key User plays a central role in supporting daily operations, translating business needs into effective solutions, and scaling support for a diverse, global user base. 

Challenges we trust you with

 

  • Support key operational flows and contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Understand deeply how ServiceMax is used onsite to support planned maintenance configuration and work orders generation based on site test matrix or procedures
  • Create and deliver training materials, support change management and tool adoption
  • Translate business needs into user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria
  • Plan, execute, and validate functional testing and support release cycles
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to support business insights
  • Maintain user documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Act as a reference point and ambassador for the user community

You have :

 

  • Ability to translate operational needs into structured, actionable requirements
  • Interest in technical topics related to machines and maintenance plans
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with ServiceMax or service management tools is a plus
  • Interest in digital tools, data, and continuous improvement

  • Able to explain highly technical concepts to less technical people in an understandable way 
  • Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented mindset  
  • A team player 
  • Fluency in English; confident in presenting to diverse audiences
