Context

Join our dynamic team at IBA, a company dedicated to advancing cancer treatment worldwide, where we are continuously investing in the development of our HR system based on SAP SuccessFactors. We have already deployed the Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central modules, and are currently focused on enhancing and stabilizing these solutions. The next phase will bring new challenges, with a primary focus on optimizing and refining the existing applications to ensure a robust and reliable user experience.

Your mission

As a Key User SAP HR, you will play a central role in managing and continuously improving our SuccessFactors solution. You will work closely with end users and technical teams to ensure system stability and meet business needs. You will closely interact with our Business Analysts, Managers, and other Key Users SAP to solve specific issues, analyze requirements, and help maintain a solid roadmap for HR transformation at IBA.

Focus of the role

Upon joining, you will initially dedicate:

 

  • 70% of your time to improving existing modules and system fixes, ensuring a stable and reliable experience for all users.
  • 30% to developing new functionalities that support our evolving HR needs.


This balance reflects the current state of our roadmap and may shift in the coming months, allowing for a greater focus on new development as our priorities evolve.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure the smooth functioning of the already deployed modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central)
  • Analyze and document user needs to improve processes
  • Participate in the development and follow-up of the HR Minds roadmap
  • Ensure the application becomes robust by minimizing regressions and ensuring reliable performance
  • Provide technical support to internal users, especially regarding specific reporting requests
  • Conduct thorough User Acceptance Testing on new features or bug fixes
  • Oversee data migration, report management, and daily support for HR and business users

•    Manage deployments where regressions are possible, and work with perseverance to resolve these issues

Your profile

  • Ideally 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role with knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors (at least one module)
  • Strong understanding of HR environments and business process management
  • Ability to work independently, challenge requests critically, and propose improvements
  • C1-level fluency in French and English, with ease interacting with English-speaking IT consultancy teams
