Mission

 

To reach its business objectives, the Industrial Solutions business unit is looking for a talented Requirements and Tests Engineer to manage the IBA integrated system solution.


The Requirements and Tests Engineer is part of the Research and Development group. His core mission is to design and develop the world leading solution for sterilization applications using ionizing radiations.
 
You will share responsibility of managing the system requirement and testing procedures designed to enhance our Rhodotron® technology. 


In this role, you will ensure that your work complies with the regulated environment for our applications using ionizing radiations; and commit to deliver an effective product with the highest customer value.

Challenges we trust you with

 

  • Ensure requirements engineering activities for new projects and product changes by negotiating with project stakeholders, allocating and flow down system requirements, tracing and documenting them in a complete and consistent way
  • Coordinate risks and reliability engineering activities throughout the design and development phase
  • Draft and consolidate practical test plans based on specifications
  • Ensure design verification engineering by defining test plans, test methods, analyses, design reviews and performing tests
  • Participate to Requirements, safety and verification activities related to conformity to CISPR11 / ISO international standards
  • Lead the improvements of system engineering methods and tools by collecting, suggesting and implementing changes in agreement with the experts
  • Prioritize critical tests to ensure timely deliveries. 
  • Execute test campaigns (functional, regression, performance, security) while keeping deadlines in mind. 
  • Identify, document, and track issues
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to expedite issue resolution
  • Adapt test scenarios based on project priorities
  • Provide clear reporting on testing activities and deliver recommendations to ensure validation within the given timeframes

What we value

You have:

 

  • A master’s degree in civil engineering; with a multidisciplinary background or in the following disciplines: SW engineering, electrical engineering, control systems, physics (magnetism, particle physics, RF),
  • Interest for the design and development of complex mechanical and electrical equipment 
  • Ideally 5 years’ experience in a similar role within an industrial environment
  • Experience in automation, industrial production, or irradiation systems is an advantage
  • B2-C1 in English and ideally fluent in French

  • Structured and rigorous with excellent documentation skills

  • A team player able to communicate / facilitate / focus on promoting solutions
