Requirements Engineer

Mission

Within the Clinical R&D engineering team, you’ll ensure alignment between system design, development and validation activities.

Challenges we trust you with

• Specification authoring and management
• Draft and maintain system and subsystem specifications (functional and technical).
• Ensure consistency, clarity, and completeness of specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guarantee traceability between system elements and specifications.
• Support to development and validation
• Provide specifications as reference to design and development teams.
• Support verification and validation activities by defining acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to design and test reviews.
• Team collaboration
• Work closely with system engineers, software/hardware developers, and testers.
• Participate actively in internal design workshops and project reviews.

What we value

• Engineering degree or Master’s in systems engineering, computer science, electronics, mechanics, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar function and in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of specification writing methodologies.
• Good understanding of complex system architectures.
• Expertise with the tools Polarion or JIRA are a big asset.
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, rigor, ability to communicate clearly in technical writing, teamwork
