Recruitment Associate

Mission

As Recruitment Associate, you will be responsible to find, acquire, assess, and hire candidates in order to meet IBA's recruitment needs in Headquarters in Belgium and to setup the team or replace team members.

Challenges we trust you with

• Lead the recruitment process, from intake with the Hiring manager to the contract signing phase (including sourcing, candidate selection, organize interviews, propose and negotiate the package in collaboration with HR Managers, ensure the required administration, communicate with the stakeholder of the process)
• Use and fill in the HR Database and Reporting Tools in order to monitor your missions and delivered quality and to look for continuous improvement
• Build & maintain a thorough knowledge of your customer’s environment (organization, staffing needs, profiles, managers & expertise, etc.)
• Organize & lead projects linked to recruitment (job fairs, campus, job announcers, etc.)

What we value

You have:

• 5 to 10 years of experience in technical recruitment (in-house or in an agency) 
• Excellent competency based interviewing skills
• Good organizational skills and practical problem solver
• Experience with psychotechnical testing
• Good computer skills (Microsoft Office Environment)

And you also are:

• Fluent in oral and written in French and English is a must
• Easy going, able to build constructive contacts with internal and external stakeholders
• Meticulous, structured and resourceful
• Able to cope under stress and to take initiative

Compensation package

The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable, and car budget in specific locations) for this position is provided below:

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: EUR 54.700 - 83.200 

The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
