General Mission
As a Program Manager in the R&D Program Management team of the proton therapy business line, you will be accountable for the management programs, ensuring they are delivered within quality, time and budget in line with the Business Unit strategy. You will ensure a strong relationship with all internal and external stakeholders to guarantee the delivery of program goals.
Challenges we trust you with
- Gather program needs and translate program goals into deliverable projects
- Manage program scope, schedule, cost, quality, resource, communication, risks and procurement
- Ensure proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders and report to the management
- Lead simultaneously various types of hardware and software projects, from ideation until first delivery, with support of project managers
- Plan and coordinate internal and external resources (material and human) to ensure delivery in quality, time and budget to a satisfied customer.
- Act as an enabler of cross-functional collaboration, mainly with R&D, Operations, Product management, Quality and Regulatory teams.
- Ensure that projects are compliant with internal procedures and international medical standards
What we value
You have:
- A master degree in engineering or an equivalent experience
- More than 5 years of experience in program or project management in an international and multicultural environment ; experience in a R&D environment within a regulated industry (e.g., medical devices, pharma, nuclear, aerospace) is a plus
- Excellent program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously ; P(g)MP certification is a plus
- Good knowledge of MS Office & Atlassian suite ; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, both oral and written
