As a Project Manager, you will take charge of high-value, cyclotron installation projects across the globe, from initial planning to final commissioning. You will deploy your talent within our Radiopharma Solutions Business Unit, global leader in delivering state-of-the-art cyclotron equipment for the production of radioisotopes, which are vital for medical diagnostics and treatments.

You will be responsible for managing active projects simultaneously. This role involves global coordination with teams across Europe, Asia, and beyond, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and superior quality of these cutting-edge installations.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

End-to-End Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cyclotron installation projects, ensuring compliance with timeline, scope, budget, and quality standards.
Global Collaboration: Oversee international project teams, working closely with local partners, Field Service Engineers, and technical experts. You'll manage a wide range of stakeholders, including architects, procurement teams, and subcontractors.
Customer-Centric Leadership: Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring seamless communication between technical, engineering, and construction teams.
Risk and Resource Management: Develop risk mitigation strategies, organize necessary resources (both human and material), and ensure continuous alignment with project goals.
Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, conduct monthly financial reviews, and ensure projects remain within financial targets.
Process Optimization: Continuously seek improvements in project management tools, processes, and methodologies to drive efficiency and success.
Reporting & KPI Tracking: Provide precise and timely project updates to internal stakeholders, including key decision-makers, with actionable insights.

What we value

 


Educational Background: Engineering degree or equivalent experience in a technical field, with strong project management expertise.
Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience managing complex, large-scale industrial or equipment installation projects. Experience in the medical devices, healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with international exposure. Strong organizational and communication skills with an ability to drive project teams towards success.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, with potential peak travel periods 
Tech-Savvy: Experience using project management tools (e.g., MS Project, SAP) and risk analysis methodologies.
Language: Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
