Project Engineer

Mission
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing high-performance systems and subsystems. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will manage the entire development lifecycle—covering processes, procedures, and specifications—while ensuring technical excellence at every stage.
Challenges we trust you with
- Collaborate with system owners and functional analysts to produce specifications.
- Analyze, calculate, and evaluate the feasibility of hardware solutions according to specifications (technical, quality, etc.).
- Design and test selected solutions for new products/processes or optimize existing products/processes.
- Lead, summarize, challenge, and arbitrate technical meetings together with technical experts and the project manager.
- Lead the development team in your dedicated discipline alongside the project manager
- Write testing procedures for the device/sub-system.
- Transfer engineering documentation necessary for the manufacture of products, up to assembly or subcontracting and process development.
- Document hardware implementations.
- Apply hardware development methodologies, frameworks, processes, and standards.
- Fix issues and refactor hardware designs to continuously improve performance and reliability.
- Continuously improve the engineering environment.
- Provide support to internal and external customers.
What we value
You have:
- A Master's degree in Engineering, Industry, or Electromechanics.
- 3-5 years of industrial experience.
- Preferably hands-on experience with motorized equipment.
- Experience in R&D with hardware development responsibilities.
- Good communication skills in French and/or English.

- Able to research and develop a critical analysis of information.
- Capable of producing a range of workable solutions to problems.
- Fascinated by new technologies, especially in mechanics, and always willing to update your knowledge.
- Hands-on, driven, and proactive.
- Rigorous and able to plan and organize your work autonomously.
