Mission

 

Join IBA Clinical as a Project Coordinator – Supply Chain & Installation and be at the heart of innovation in the field of proton therapy – one of the most advanced cancer treatment technologies in the world. 

You will play a key role within the Project Support Office of the Customer Project Coordination team for IBA Clinical. Acting as the essential link between the manufacturing & supply chain (MSC) and the Proton Therapy installation teams, your mission is to oversee the coordination of equipment needs from project creation to final acceptance. You ensure that installations are supplied with the right parts at the right time, with a particular focus on urgent equipment requests and efficient logistics. 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Act as the main point of contact for site teams to collect and coordinate equipment needs 
  • Ensure accurate and timely material availability forecasting and communicate this to Project Managers and site teams 
  • Define strategies for missing items and collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, R&D, supply chain, logistics, etc.) to resolve issues 
  • Manage and organize shipments from main deliveries to emergency parts, ensuring proper documentation (packing lists, proformas, customs data including HS codes and country of origin) 
  • Coordinate crate preparation according to project and logistics constraints 
  • Ensure accurate project scheduling and data updates in SAP PS and SVMX 
  • Facilitate returns and contribute to continuous improvement of shipping and coordination processes 
  • Maintain strong internal communication and contribute to a collaborative, supportive team environment 

Skills and Qualifications

 

You have 

  • Master’s in business management, supply chain, international transport or equivalent by experience 
  • A first experience is an asset
  • Familiar Excel and Outlook. SAP is an asset
  • Very good oral and written skills in French and English 
  • Very good communication skills with customers and IBA team 

And you are 

  • Able to organize your work autonomously and take initiatives 
  • A team player with very good communication skills 
  • Capable problem-solving stressful situations 
  • Able to have great attention to detail

Compensation package

 

The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable, and car budget in specific locations) for this position is provided below:

 

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: 46.600 and 72.300 €

 

The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
