Mission

The mission of the Program/Project Management team is to: 

• Lead development programs, projects and releases to provide new product functionalities and features on our Proton Therapy Solutions
• Act as an integration team and lead cross-functional collaborations.

Challenges we trust you with

As a Program Manager, your responsibilities will be to:

• Receive Program and Projects needs from Product management,
• Manage and coordinate Projects Manager in order to deliver on quality, time and cost
• Deliver Releases and Projects to the Installed Base or New Installations through Product Management

What we value

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

• Master degree or above in science, engineering, business or a related field.
• At least 10-year experience in healthcare industry, including 5-year experience in Program Management. Experience in radiation therapy and proton therapy market a plus.
• Fluent in English. French is a plus.
• Solid business acumen with a clear understanding about value creation
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and influence an organization to deliver Projects and releases
• Ability to communicate with different levels and functions in the organization.
• Willingness to travel 10-25%.
