Production Planning Associate

Mission
As a Production Planning Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of our machine production activities from material planning and procurement to delivery and follow-up. You will contribute to the successful delivery of our accelerators and gantries by coordinating production schedules, anticipating bottlenecks, and driving process improvements across teams.
You will work closely with supply chain, manufacturing, and purchasing to make sure that every component is delivered on time, production stays on track, and deadlines are met with minimal disruption.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth end-to-end supply chain flow from part information to final machine delivery.
- Plan and coordinate the production of accelerator.
- Collaborate with purchasing and manufacturing teams to follow up on components, monitor schedules, and track progress weekly.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying issues, proposing corrective actions, and optimizing processes.
- Follow up on cost objectives and production KPIs to assess actual machine costs and variances.
- Contribute to post-project analysis by collecting and sharing Return on Experience.
- Create logistics supports after production, including packing lists and documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
You have
- 4–5 years of experience in a similar coordination or production planning role.
- Proficient with SAP or ERP systems, Excel, Outlook, and Office tools.
- Experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is a asset.
- Excellent communication skills in English en French, both written and spoken
