Your tasks

We are seeking a passionate and experienced team member to join us in shaping the future of Quality Assurance for Radiation Therapy.

As a Product Manager in our dynamic international team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing cutting-edge medical technology products for OEMs and hospitals worldwide.

 

Your responsibilities will be : 

 

  • Lead and define new product development and enhancement strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Sales, Service, R&D) and external partners to ensure a seamless and transparent product delivery process.
  • Manage the entire product development lifecycle.
  • Drive product strategy and create competitive product roadmaps.
  • Continuously gather customer feedback and conduct market assessments.
  • Develop comprehensive business cases.
  • Coordinate and lead product training for customers and stakeholders.
  • Work with Key Opinion Leaders, OEMs, and end-users to foster strategic relationships and enhance the customer experience through feedback and recommendations.

Your profile

  • Several years of experience as a Product Manager in a similar field, Medical Physicist/Dosimetrist, Application Specialist, or in a comparable role in research.
  • Educational background ideally in Physics/Medical Physics or similar field.
  • Strong interest in products, markets, and customer needs. Previous experience in Product Management or Medical Devices Application Support is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Proficient in group communication, both in formal and informal training settings.
  • Strong analytical and multitasking skills.
  • Willingness to travel 10%-20%.
  • Fluent in English; German and/or French is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
