Mission

Within our Radiopharmaceuticals Solutions Business Unit, your mission consists to:

  • Guarantee the success, optimization, standardization of RPS radio-chemistry related products to market, through the life cycle.
  • Analyze the market, the customer's needs and other stakeholders' needs and ensure all communication on market/business opportunities.
  • Optimization and development of RPS radio-chemistry related products and participation to product innovation.
  • For product development : Product program planning and follow-up through the product lifecycle following the PRD (phase review discipline)/PLCM (profit life cycle management) framework

Challenges we trust you with

  • Build business case for new or existing RPS radio-chemistry related products :goals, objectives, profitability, added value, impact on market, revenues…
  • Radio-chemistry related product roadmap definition (new products) and evolution (existing products): Define product requirement; Contribute to products developments; Contribute the RPS yearly strategic plan (budget, ...)
  • Participation to project development teams
  • Roadmap implementation follow up : budget, PRD method, customer satisfaction
  • Develop product and market expertise
  • Maintain and expand its internal and external network,  assess partnerships
  • Market awareness : Listen to the market and detect opportunities, Suggest program effectiveness improvements , Actively suggest improvements, report opportunities
  • Set up and execute marketing plan to ensure successful RPS product launches
  • Create and maintain updated radio-chemistry related product descriptions (for customers, sales, R&D)
  • Provide radio-chemistry related product information and training to sales teams, partners (PET Linq), distributors and/or customers

What we value

  • A Master degree in chemistry
  • Experience in radio-chemistry is an asset
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant technical experience on IBA or similar products (Operations, Innovation & Development, QRS,...)
  • Demonstrated communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • The ability to identify and develop a positive and compelling vision of RPS product’s future potential
  • Fluent written & spoken English

  • A team player, able to create relationships at all levels and to work autonomously according to priorities and in a structured manner
  • A customer oriented person with excellent interpersonal communication skills including presentation of ideas
  • Balancing between agility and a rigorous approach dependent on the situation
  • A proactive person willing to take initiatives
