• Manage a portfolio of new applications for electron beam and X-ray technologies, driving market expansion and product innovation.
• Oversee the funnel of new product ideas, prioritizing based on market needs, technical feasibility, and business impact

Challenges we trust you with

• Lead the identification, evaluation, and development of new applications for electron beam and X-ray technologies.
• Manage the funnel of new product ideas, ensuring disciplined prioritization aligned with business and market strategies.
• Collaborate with engineering, R&D, and sales teams to ensure product development aligns with customer needs and emerging trends.
• Conduct market and competitive research to identify new opportunities and gaps in current product offerings.
• Provide regular reporting on application performance, market trends, and customer insights to senior leadership.
• Track the lifecycle of new applications, from initial idea through market introduction, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall strategy.

What we value

• 5+ years in product management, business development, or market strategy, preferably in technology or industrial sectors.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and assess technical opportunities.
• Ability to translate opportunities into clear requirements and detailed specifications for R&D.
• Experience in building business models and aligning them with market and company strategy.
• Ability to manage and evaluate a high number of application opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize opportunities based on data and strategic goals.
• Skilled in analyzing customer demand and identifying unmet needs.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with internal teams and presenting to senior leadership.
• Curious mindset and a structured approach to problem-solving.
