Mission

The mission of the team is to support IBA teams and IBA customers on acceptance and commissioning of IBA Proton Therapy equipment/systems, and for giving the necessary feedback to the Clinical Solution Group and Product Management to work on continuous customer product feedback.

Challenges we trust you with

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with healthcare professionals of the assigned sites under installation and in clinical operation

• Ensure support to the site team in medical physics topics and support/perform. validation on proton therapy center.

• Perform acceptance testing with the end-user on the recurrent products.

• Train and support customer to use properly and safely equipment/systems.

• Report and document interventions and actions undertaken with the required level of details and accuracy.

• Provide support to the customer with commissioning activities.

• Provide on-site and/or remote product application support to customers.

• Provide continuous structured customer product feedback to the Clinical Solution Group and Product Management. Participate in procedures update and optimization.

• Coach other product experts.

What we value

• A master degree in Medical Physics or Biomedical Engineering, or an equivalent experience

• Experience in the Radiotherapy field as a Medical Physicist

• Demonstrate a rapid understanding of newly presented information

• Previous experience as Medical Physicist in Proton Therapy is a plus

Compensation package

The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable) for this position is provided below: 

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range for Belgium: [62,900– 95,500]

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range for Spain: [45,900 – 69,700]

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range for Italy: [47,100– 71,500]

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range for France: [51,700 – 78,600]

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range for Germany: [64,300 – 97,700]

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range for UK: [44,800 – 68000]

The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
