As a Mechanical Installation Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in the on-site installation of advanced medical equipment, ensuring seamless mechanical rigging and assembly for life-saving cancer treatment technology. Working with a team of experts, you’ll transform complex designs into fully operational Proton Therapy centers.
 

Your Mission

• Oversee mechanical installations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Verify site readiness—review plans, conduct surveys, and propose modifications.
• Select and manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with rigging standards.
• Plan installation activities, align with Project Managers, and anticipate challenges.
• Supervise subcontractors on-site, provide technical support, and drive adherence to best practices.
• Monitor progress daily, troubleshoot issues, and validate final installations.
• Continuously improve processes, share best practices, and support team training.
• Travel globally (up to 60%) to bring Proton Therapy technology to life.

What we value

Your Profile
 

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in industrial mechanical installation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical drawing review.
• Strong problem-solving, coordination & communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written & spoken) to excel in an international setting.
• Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.
