Mission

 

As a Master Production Scheduler, you are the critical link between strategic planning and operational execution.

 

You translate the agreed business demand into a realistic and achievable production plan over a 3 to 18-month horizon. By balancing demand, product mix, industrial capacity, and operational constraints, you ensure the organization has a robust production plan and clear visibility on future risks and opportunities.

Challenges we trust you with

Build and Manage the Master Production Schedule

  • Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (3-18 months horizon).
  • Translate S&OP plans into detailed production plans by product family, model, and configuration.
  • Balance customer demand, delivery commitments, and operational capabilities.
  • Maintain a stable and executable production plan while adapting to business changes.

 

Drive Capacity Planning and Industrial Feasibility

  • Perform Rough-Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) analyses on critical resources.
  • Identify future bottlenecks and capacity constraints.
  • Evaluate different scenarios to support business decisions.
  • Recommend actions to secure delivery performance and support growth.

 

Engineering Change & Applicability Management

  • Support Engineering in defining applicability dates for product and design changes.
  • Provide planning inputs based on production plans, inventory consumption, and material availability.
  • Help ensure smooth implementation of engineering changes while minimizing inventory obsolescence and operational disruption.

 

Collaborate Across the Organization

  • Work closely with S&OP, S&OE, CPC, Sourcing & Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Project Management, and other key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate alignment between demand, capacity, and industrial priorities.
  • Support cross-functional reviews and decision-making processes.

 

Support Continuous Improvement and Decision Making

  • Monitor planning performance and key capacity indicators.
  • Provide visibility on risks, constraints, and opportunities.
  • Contribute to the improvement of planning processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Support management reviews with data-driven analyses and recommendations.

What we value

Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience or strong interest in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing environments (at least 5 years of professional experience)
  • Analytical mindset and ability to work with data.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Comfortable working with planning and ERP tools.
  • SAP experience is a real asset. 

Compensation package

 

The total guaranteed annual compensation range (which includes annual base salary, as well as flexible budget if applicable, and car budget in specific locations) for this position is provided below:

 

Total gross guaranteed annual compensation range: 46600 - 72300 €

 

The salary range indicated above is provided in compliance with applicable pay transparency requirements and reflects the typical compensation scope for this position based on the role's level of responsibility, required expertise, and location. The actual offer will be determined on an individual basis, taking into account objective and gender-neutral factors including relevant professional experience, qualifications, specific competencies, and internal equity. The range does not constitute a guaranteed salary and is subject to adjustment based on the final assessment of the selected candidate's profile. The role might also qualify for additional compensation elements such as variable pay, profit sharing, and benefits which are not reflected in this range.
