Marketing and Event Coordinator

Mission

In our Business Unit RadioPharma Solutions, you will support one or several of the more specific functions within the marketing department: tradeshows, advertising, product support, communications, public relations, market intelligence, coordinating marketing materials, ensuring product literature is accurate and assisting in the development and launching of new products/services.

 

As a Marketing and Event Coordinator, you will be responsible to organize more than 40 events per year and develop the communication of the department: marketing supports (real and digital) and administrative tasks.

Challenges we trust you with

  • Manage Marketing Projects and the Communication
  • Coordinate and organize exhibitions, customer events, external / internal events and focus group (from the internal and external contacts to the administrative tasks)
  • Develop, suggest, produce and communicate marketing material (offline and online)
  • Manage/Update CRM contacts
  • Support other market facing departments to ensure quality or clinical quality in all communication.
  • Ensure efficient internal communication of S&M information
  • Follow up and report marketing expenses
  • Initiate or create content for Marketing campaigns, documents, web. (in line with marketing strategy and objectives)
  • Conduct market analysis, business trends, give strategic recommendations and contribute to business development strategy (in line with marketing and objectives)

What we value

  • A Master Degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relation or similar
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in Marketing or Communication
  • An ability in events and project organization
  • An expertise in digital marketing
  • Social media have no secrets for you
  • A strong knowledge in communication material development and update
  • Excellent oral and written presentation and communication skills in English

  • Open to travel (3-4 times a year)
