Market Intelligence Specialist

Requisition ID:  4527
Location:

Louvain-la-Neuve, BE

Work regime:  Full-Time
Kind of contract:  Open Ended Contract

Mission

Join IBA RadioPharma Solutions, where our Marketing team drives growth across a fast-evolving nuclear medicine market. In this role, you will own market intelligence for the business unit and act as the analytical partner of the Marketing Lead: turning market, customer and internal data into the insights, analyses and recommendations that inform decisions at leadership level.

This is an analytical role at heart. Roughly 75-80% of your time is dedicated to market intelligence, data and insights; the remainder is spent contributing to hands-on marketing execution alongside a small, collaborative team.

Challenges we trust you with

  • Own the market intelligence agenda: market sizing, segmentation, competitive landscape, technology and therapeutic isotope trends - and translate them into actionable recommendations
  • Build and deliver the analyses and presentations that support strategic decisions for BU leadership and peers (business cases, market outlooks, product positioning rationales)
  • Own the market intelligence dashboards (Power BI) and the integrity of our commercial data (Salesforce): ensure data quality, flag and resolve gaps, make the numbers trustworthy
  • Design and run customer research (interviews, surveys) and translate findings into segmentation, personas and customer journeys
  • Partner with Sales and Product Management to challenge assumptions and bring an evidence-based view to commercial discussions
  • Contribute to product launches and repositioning: USP definition, competitive positioning, supporting materials
  • Contribute to broader marketing execution as part of a small team (approximately 20% of the role): commercial materials, congresses, digital campaigns

What we value

  • Degree in business, engineering, economics, life sciences or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting, market intelligence, business analysis or insights - ideally with exposure to healthcare, medtech or pharma
  • Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous questions and deliver clear, decision-ready analyses to senior stakeholders
  • Strong data skills: comfortable working with imperfect datasets, Excel and Power BI proficiency, ability to build and maintain dashboards
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and data quality management
  • Comfortable contributing to hands-on marketing execution as part of a small team
  • Fluency in English; French is a plus
  • Experience in an international, matrixed environment

And you are also :

  • Analytical and structured: you break down complex questions and build an argument that holds
  • A strong communicator and storyteller: you make data land with non-analytical audiences-
  • Autonomous and proactive: you spot what matters and bring it forward without being asked
  • A genuine team player: in a small team, you contribute beyond your own scope, share what you find, and make the people around you better
  • Collaborative and constructive: you challenge ideas early, and commit once decisions are made
  • Rigorous and accountable: you own data quality and flag problems rather than working around them
  • Curious about the market: you actively follow what's happening in nuclear medicine and bring it to the team

What we offer

  • An open-ended contract
  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • Opportunity to work in a high-tech healthcare environment
  • Career growth and internal mobility within an international company
