Mission

 

As Manufacturing Manager, you ensure the end-to-end internal production of IBA products—from assembly to shipment—or oversee the on-site installation of accelerators, in alignment with central planning.
You act as the guardian of the manufacturing site, guaranteeing on-time delivery, quality, budget adherence, and unwavering safety. You take full ownership of the zone's performance, driving safety culture, lean processes (5S), and professional standards.
 

Challenges we trust you with

 

Planning & Production
•    Manage short-term production planning (3 weeks): quality, lead times, priorities, capacity.
•    Allocate resources (teams, shifts, overtime) to meet production targets.
•    Ensure compliance with quality standards, costs, deadlines, safety, and good manufacturing practices.
Coordination & Communication
•    Act as the single point of contact for assigned products/projects.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QC, Logistics, Planning, Sourcing, Industrialization, Engineering).
•    Propose solutions to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
Continuous Improvement
•    Identify and implement optimization projects (OPEX).
•    Encourage improvement initiatives within the team.
•    Measure gains and monitor implementation.
Performance & Reporting
•    Set objectives and monitor KPIs (EHS, quality, lead times, internal customer satisfaction).
•    Analyze deviations and propose corrective actions.
•    Ensure issues are not repeated and foster a continuous improvement culture.
Vision & Development
•    Anticipate roles and skills evolution over 3 years.
•    Develop team skills and versatility.
•    Implement training and integration plans.
Leadership & Team Management
•    Lead, coach, and develop team members.
•    Ensure certifications and technical knowledge are up to date.
•    Promote inclusion and collaboration across teams.
Site & Tools Management
•    Apply EHS policies and lean processes (5S).
•    Ensure availability and maintenance of production tools.
•    Safeguard assets and manage all activities and related risks in the manufacturing zone.
