Logistics Services Solutions Projects Coordinator

Mission

At IBA, we deliver state-of-the-art medical technologies that save lives. As a Logistics Services Solutions Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end logistics process for our highly specialized equipment, including particle accelerators, gantries, and other medical devices.

Working in an international team of four, you will handle complex global shipments, supplier coordination, and problem-solving to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. Your role is dynamic, involving everything from strategic sourcing and project management to cost analysis, compliance, and supplier relationship management.

Challenges we trust you with

Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management

• Conduct RFQs (Request for Quotation) for rigging and major shipments.
• Select and manage suppliers for logistics and rigging activities based on business requirements.

Project Management

• Take full ownership of logistics projects from setup to execution.
• Organize and coordinate transport, customs, rigging (mechanical/electrical), and logistics services.
• Ensure projects meet scope, budget, quality, and deadlines.

International Transportation & Distribution

• Oversee worldwide shipments of high-tech medical equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively find solutions for complex logistics operations.

Cost Optimization & Performance Tracking

• Analyze logistics costs and propose efficiency improvements.
• Track key metrics (quality, delay, cost) and report to relevant departments.

Collaboration & Coordination

• Work closely with internal teams (Indirect Purchasing, CPC, Warehousing) to align logistics strategies.
• Act as a key facilitator between departments and external partners.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure logistics operations meet health, safety, and environmental standards.

What we value

Your Skills & Experience

• Several years of experience in logistics, supply chain, sourcing or a related field.
• Knowledge of SAP & ERP systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for optimizing logistics processes.
• Fluency in French and English (written & spoken).
