The Learning & Development Manager will play a critical role in helping our organization achieve its business goals by identifying and delivering training and development programs that align with our business needs.

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning and Development Manager to join our dynamic team.

 

As a pivotal role within our organization, you will be responsible for assessing the business's learning needs while aligning them with the company's overarching strategy.

Your primary focus will involve challenging and analyzing business requests to ascertain the genuine requirements of the team. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in liaising with external partners to identify and implement suitable learning solutions. The training programs will not be technical; instead, they will aim to develop various skills and competencies within our workforce.

One of the next challenge could be to create an internal coaching team and coordinate their impact across colleagues.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Assess Learning Needs: Analyze and identify learning gaps within the organization, aligning them with strategic business objectives.
  • Challenge Business Requests: Engage with stakeholders to delve deeper into learning requests, ensuring alignment with actual team needs.
  • External Partner Collaboration: Establish and maintain relationships with external partners to determine appropriate learning solutions and platforms.
  • Implement Learning Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies that enhance employee skills, focusing on non-technical areas.
  • Internal Coach Development: Facilitate the creation and training of an internal coaching team, enabling them to guide and mentor colleagues effectively.

 

Additional information: you will not manage a team.

What we value

 

You have

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Learning & Development, ideally within a corporate environment. 
  • Proven track record of designing and delivering successful training programs. 
  • Strong understanding of e-learning tools and technologies. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to prioritize the needs of the business and to communicate it
  • A good level of autonomy, even you are in a close collaboration with all departments, you will be the unique driver of your job
  • A knowledge of SAP success factors is a plus 
  • An excellent level in English (written and oral), French is an asset
