International Mobility Advisor

The context
As we’re growing, we’re looking for an International Mobility Advisor to complete our HR Team.
IBA has multiple operational/installation sites and offices all over the world. We’re relocating short and long term assignees (between 3 months and 3 years) for specific missions.
Your mission
As an International Mobility advisor, you are responsible for preparing, organizing and administering cross-border movements worldwide within IBA, in accordance with our policies.
You will report to the HR Associate International Mobility.
- Manage all legal and compliance aspects of the assignees:
o Contractual, Social Security, taxation and immigration requirements questions
o Relocation and installation of the assignees and their families.
- Support the assignees directly and indirectly during all the assignment, in coordination with the internal teams and outside suppliers. Ex :
- Advise and support HR representatives and line managers with regard to current and future assignments, in terms of approach, costing, process and technicalities.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Advise and support anyone for questions regarding visa and work permits.
Your profile
- You have a degree in law, tax, business, HR or a related field;
- You have at least 5 years’ hands-on experience in a similar position;
- You have a strong understanding of legal, Social Security, tax immigration and cross-border compensation requirements and practices.
- You are client minded, responding promptly and flawlessly to the needs of your internal customers;
- You have excellent autonomous problem solving skills;
- You are stress resistant, able to organize your work autonomously;
- You have good PC skills, particularly with spreadsheets;
- You are able to express yourself fluently in French and English clearly and with assertivity.
